- Land belonging to William Seward Webb and the Ne-Ha-Sa-Ne Park Association was damaged after a dam across Beaver River formed a reservoir, which flooded. Reimbursement was granted. Shortly thereafter, the Commissioners of the Board of Fisheries, Game and Forest purchased the land. This series consists of bonds, deeds, land contracts, Certificates of Search, and Abstracts of Title recording the purchase of the damaged land in the town of Wilmurt, Herkimer County for the Adirondack Park.

- These maps and profiles from the Surveyor General were produced for a report to the legislature suggesting the best route for a road never built. Field notes document surveys of a proposed route between Lake Erie and the Hudson River and include brief descriptions of the land at each survey point. Maps show sections between towns and villages.
