- This fragmentary series consists of several types of medical records. A register of operations lists detailed information regarding surgical procedures performed at the facility. This register notes that the surgical facility was closed January 1980 and contains a list of nurses and anesthetists who worked in the facility along with their service dates. Series also includes an x-ray logbook consisting of compiled reports of results of tuberculosis tests; two small menstruation logbooks; and two small pharmaceutical logbooks.
