Reports summarize the management and progress of the institution. The most recent reports were submitted to the Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.
Information varies over time and typically includes lists of board of visitor members and resident officers; superintendent's reports of statistics of admissions and discharges and general health of patients and employees; care, treatment, and training of patients; social services; physical facilities report; business officer's financial report; a detailed statistical summary; and a detailed report of the numbers of staff in each position.
