Items inventoried include office furniture and equipment; recreational, janitorial, and medical equipment; and hospital furniture, apparatus, and equipment. Each item notes quantity, condition, and number requested in the next budget period. Also included for each ward is a brief census of patients, with numbers of male and female patients. Patients are listed as tidy, untidy, and destructive. Numbers of patients are provided in three categories: bedridden, ambulatory, and wheelchair-bound.

- This series documents a typhoid fever outbreak which occurred in Orleans County, New York in the summer of 1989. Records consists of forms which document individual typhoid cases and potential cases.
