This series consists of monthly reports detailing the receipts and expenses of the Thomas Indian School. The school was originally incorporated as a private institution, but received state aid. Itemized lists of expenses include food; clothing; hospital and medical supplies; repairs and alterations to buildings and equipment; office expenses; and travel.

Common school and union free school district legal files were destroyed in the 1911 State Capitol building fire.
