Reports are listed monthly on fines imposed on incarcerated individuals of an unidentified residential facility, probably Elmira Reformatory. Information is present for the following: consecutive number, name, class (1 or 2, probably refers to degree of infraction) and fines, and surname of officer reporting the offence. The volume only occasionally specifies nature of offences. Nature of fines or punishments is never specified.

- This series consists of approximately 73,000 motion picture case files, one for each film submitted to the Division of Motion Picture for review and licensing. Each case file contains the following: an license application(s); copies of initial and duplicate licenses; a copy of the filmscript; examiner's report; amended film transcript if changes were made; and receipts for seals issued. Some case files also contain correspondence, newspaper clippings, transcripts for non-English films, and promotional ephemera.

- Filmscripts (dialogue scripts, cutting continuities, etc.) for motion pictures licensed by the State Education Department Motion Picture Division are covered by the Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code). - The Welfare Fund Bureau of the State Insurance Department was formerly responsible for the registration and supervision of all welfare and pension funds (with the exception of those registered with the Banking Department) and for auditing the annual statements of those funds. In 1974, Congress passed the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and responsibility for the regulation of these funds was transferred from the State Insurance Department to the U.S. Department of Labor.

- Reports from the Division's Senior Marketing Representative record market prices for produce sales in wholesale quantities made by commission merchants and other original receivers. The reports describe daily trading volume, item opening and closing prices, sharp fluctuations in item price, and temperature and weather conditions for each day. Produce items are divided into fruit, vegetables, eggs and poultry. Reports also list car lot arrivals, truck receipts, and markets reviews.

- This series contains administrative correspondence, in Dutch, of Petrus Stuyvesant during his seventeen year term as director-general of the colony of New Netherland from 1647-1664. The bulk of the series consists of incoming letters from the directors in Amsterdam and the governors of neighboring colonies. The correspondence addresses matters relating to the defense, commercial interests, and prosperity of Dutch holdings in North America and the Caribbean.
