- This series consists of fragmentary burned schedules of the Census of Electors taken in 1814. The schedules give the name of the head of the family, the number of electors in various property classes (see descriptions of Census of Electors, 1801), the number of free white males and females under age 18, age 18 - 45, and over 45, and the number of free blacks and slaves.

This series consists predominantly of printed resolutions pasted onto the pages of bound volumes. The records provide date, members present, resolution being considered, and vote. - This volume contains the 1845 population schedules for all the Indian reservations in New York (except the reservations on Long Island). Census schedules are present for the following reservations or groups: Oneida, Onondaga, Tuscarora, Buffalo [Creek], Seneca of Cattaraugus, Cayuga of Cattaraugus, Seneca of Allegany, Tonawanda, and St. Regis [Mohawk]. - This series consists of a single volume annual report of the New York State Bridge and Tunnel Commission, submitted to the governor and legislature in March of 1921. The volume details progress on the construction of the Holland Tunnel connecting lower Manhattan with New Jersey. - These disbound volumes contain photographs and lithographs of state charitable institutions such as asylums, hospitals, dispensaries and orphanages. Images are mostly of building exterior views, with occasional floor plans and interior views. Most are captioned with the name and location of the institution. These photographs may have been used in reports required by the State Legislature for the Board of Charities to provide recommendations for improvements to charitable institutions in 1867 and 1873.
