- This series contains select video recordings of the Governor's Arts Awards from 1985-2002. These edited videos were produced by commercial, private, and affiliate cable channels and were possibly broadcast on PBS and cable stations statewide. This series also includes PSA's produced by the New York State Council on the Arts, most likely part of an "I Love New York - Celebrates the Arts" campaign, and one VHS tape of Chelsea Dock, a child prodigy pianist, performing at the Governor's Arts Awards in 2002.

- This series consists primarily of documents obtained by the Special Counsel to Governor George Pataki in connection with the governor's investigation of potential ethics violations made by then-New York State Comptroller Alan Hevesi. Records were supplied mostly by the Office of the State Comptroller in response to subpoenas. Records were also supplied by the General Counsel to the Office of the New York City Comptroller in response to subpoenas, by the New York State Ethics Commission, and by other sources.

- This series consists of a draft report created in September 2003 by the Attica Task Force. Based on petitions from the Forgotten Victims of Attica (FVOA) group, the report addresses compensation for employee injuries and deaths from the Attica Correctional Facility riot of 1971; right to conduct an annual memorial service on Attica grounds; counseling for those involved in the riot and retaking of the facility; opening of the state's records to public scrutiny; and an apology from the state.

- This series consists of transcribed testimony of former hostages taken in the uprising at Attica Correctional Facility in September 1971. The testimony was given between May and August 2002 before a task force appointed by Governor George Pataki, which was charged with investigating issues raised by The Forgotten Victims of Attica (FVOA), an organization composed of former hostages and their survivors; and to make recommendations based on the task force's findings.
