- This series consists of daily census reports of incarcerated individuals taken at Sing Sing Prison from August 18, 1927, to May 18, 1928. The census was likely maintained by Sing Sing's deputy warden. For each day, the following information was recorded: number of incarcerated individuals received and discharged; number of incarcerated individuals at each location within the prison when the census was taken (e.g. kitchen, hospital, etc.); and a total count of the entire prison population.

- This series consists of correspondence and forms compiled by Protestant Chaplains at other prisons while conducting interviews to determine religious affiliation for inmates who ultimately resided at Dannemora State Hospital. Many files contain a full-face photograph of the inmate as well as biographical information similar to the intake registers. The forms also include observational notes on the inmate's current behavior, prognosis and possible actions to be taken. Some files give more detail on religious beliefs. Records are restricted.
