This series consists of summary information (carbon copies) for approximately 3800 male patients recorded at the time of their admission to Craig Colony. The files provide detailed information on the patient's family background and personal history (including birth, education, and childhood information); detailed accounts of the patient's epileptic history; results and observations of physical and mental examinations including mental age, I.Q., mental status, and classification; and supposed causes of the patient's condition.
