This series consists of accident, injury, and escape reports prepared by the ward physician and other staff. The reports usually include date of report, name of patient, patient number, date of admission ward, mental diagnosis, age, date and time of incident. Accident reports also include patient's general mental and physical condition, nature and cause of accident, physician's findings, treatment, witnesses, and persons notified. The escape reports include manner of escape and law enforcement agencies notified. Records are restricted.

This series consists of invitations to Governor Herbert Lehman to attend various public and private functions and the governor's replies, usually expressing his regrets at being unable to accept the invitation. The series also includes Governor Lehman's daily appointment calendars for 1933, 1934, and 1935. Most of the invitations are for events scheduled for 1933, 1934, and 1935; a very few invitations are for events scheduled for December 1932, before Lehman was actually inaugurated as governor.

This series documents one of several regional transportation studies undertaken by New York State in compliance with the U.S. Federal Aid Highways Act of 1962. The series consists of 18" x 18" aerial photographs (scale 1:48,000) of Albany, Schenectady, Troy, and the Upper Hudson region taken in April and May, 1963. Roads, bodies of water, plots of land, buildings, and trees are visible on these photographs.

The second section lists account expenditures and includes payment date; to whom paid; folio number; amount for traveling, communication, or salary; and the available balance.

This series contains inventories created by Zone Coordinators working for the Mutual Aid for Highway Repair and Debris Clearance, which was organized to repair highways or streets or to remove debris in the event of an enemy attack. The inventories include all equipment and material owned by the State, counties, cities, villages, and towns. Information included in the inventories was distributed to the public works and highway officials in each zone for planning for emergency use of the resources.
