Documents include summonses; plaintiff's complaint; the defendant's answer; court orders; affidavits; and judgment. Each record contains the name of the case, name and location of the court, presiding judge and filing date.

- This series consists of information on motorists convicted of violating Article 11 of the Highway Law, pertaining to driver licensing, motor vehicle registration, public highway use, and motor vehicle speed. Information includes the name, address, section of the highway law violated, sentence and location, dates of judgment. The Secretary of State used this to determine whether a license or registration would be revoked or renewal would be denied. This record series is arranged alphabetically by last name.

- This series contains common rules for interlocutory or final judgments when a defendant failed to enter a plea to the plaintiff's declaration and therefore was in default. The rules (or orders) were made on motion of the plaintiff's attorney. Most grant the plaintiff an interlocutory judgment and direct a county clerk to assess and report the damages due. Each entry gives the title of the cause, the rule granting the plaintiff interlocutory or final judgment, and the amount of award.
