This series consists of addresses of discharged females likely kept by the institution's Protestant Chaplain. Entries may provide former inmate's name and number; living arrangement; marital status; institutionalized elsewhere and address. Some entries list two or more addresses and sometimes provide the date on which the address changed. Records are restricted.

This series consists of addresses of patient contacts and correspondents arranged alphabetically by patient name. Additional notations include correspondent's relationship to the patient whether the correspondent is responsible for patient clothing, permissions or refusals for autopsies, additional correspondents to be notified in case of patient deaths, and returned mail. The names of dead or discharged patients are crossed out. Records are restricted.
