This series consists of a report prepared and issued by the Joint Committee for the Study of the Organization and Functioning of the Emergency Relief Bureau, (ERB) New York City, on September 1, 1936. The report analyzes the present organization, procedures, and finances of the ERB and proposes a new organizational structure.
