Series includes reports for indenturing, insurance, theater, school, classification, special, and building committees. The volumes contain reports of three special committees established to influence pending legislation: 1868 - to support an augmented appropriation to replace burned workshops; 1882 - to oppose diversifying theater license revenues to an actors' fund; and 1883 - to oppose prohibition of contract labor and visitation rights for Catholic priests.
