Summary
The Division of Diversity Planning and Management develops affirmative action goals and timetables and forwards them to state agencies for review, comment, and implementation. The series consists of goals and timetables established by the division for state agencies, defining actions they should take to establish parity for the employment of racial and ethnic minorities, women, disabled persons, and Vietnam-era veterans. The records document the division's work to establish goals and timetables in 1983 and 1988.
