This series consists of activity reports submitted by producers of minerals to the state geologist detailing their activities during the year. They were used to compile annual statistics on mineral production in the State and published periodically in State Museum bulletins. Through 1957 the reports note firm or proprietor's name; locations of office and field operations; and quantity and value of the mineral produced. Also included are lists of mineral producers, by mineral and reports for producers of gravel and sand.
