Earliest registers include marital status; habits (snuff, tobacco, etc.); nativity; occupation; religion; if mental illness in family and how supported. Later registers usually includes consecutive number of admission or discharge; name of patient; date; form (dementia, mania, etc.) and treatment result (if discharged). Records are restricted.
