This series consists of grievances that were settled or withdrawn prior to arbitration or begun at the agency level and then appealed. Records may include initial grievance statements, response by the Governor's Office of Employee Relations (GOER), a disposition memorandum, background material, notices of review, correspondence, grievance forms, and exhibits. Types of grievances include out-of-title work; leave, time absent, and scheduling disputes; discriminatory practices; and harassment.

This series consists of transcripts of testimony before a panel of inquiry of the State Mediation Board where the parties could not come to agreement using mediation. Participants in the inquiry included Bee Line, Inc.; Rockville Centre Bus Corporation; and Long Island Local 252 Transport Workers Union, CIO. Issues include work week length; payment during breaks, layovers, and peak periods of ridership; time off for jury duty; salary increases; uniform allowances; physical examinations; vacation allowances; pensions overtime; and overtime pay.
