Summary
This series contains select video recordings of the Governor's Arts Awards from 1985-2002. These edited videos were produced by commercial, private, and affiliate cable channels and were possibly broadcast on PBS and cable stations statewide. This series also includes PSA's produced by the New York State Council on the Arts, most likely part of an "I Love New York - Celebrates the Arts" campaign, and one VHS tape of Chelsea Dock, a child prodigy pianist, performing at the Governor's Arts Awards in 2002.
