- Among the records in this series are documents from a November 27, 2001 public hearing on the diagnosis and treatment of Lyme disease. That hearing addressed the long-term use of intravenous antibiotic treatment in cases of chronic Lyme disease. Several physicians were under investigation for administering this treatment. Records include written testimony from medical professionals, including supporting medical literature; and correspondence from individuals recounting their experience seeking treatment for symptoms that some physicians linked to chronic Lyme disease.

- These volumes provide a central record of appointments made and other actions taken by the governor. The volumes were compiled to provide the governor's staff with more organized access to this information. - The "Record of Laws" is a transcription of the laws of New York for the years 1777-1802, bound pursuant to the Laws of 1819. Each chapter transcription includes a signed statement by the Secretary of State or his deputy certifying that the copy has been compared with the original and that corrections were made. The first volume contains the record of laws for the legislative session of 1777, not found in the Enrolled Acts of the Legislature (Series 13036), which commence in 1778.

Volume one (1957-1964) provides the inmate's name, admission date, weight, height, from where transferred (county only), ward transferred to and date. The second volume differs in content, providing the inmate's date of admission, name, number, age, marital status, date of physical examination, examining doctor, date of transfer, and to which ward (or occasionally, other institution). Records are restricted.
