This series consists of affirmative action annual reports submitted to the department. Typical reports are 8-10 pages in length and describe recent and intended future activities in agencies to meet state goals, including hiring actions taken or planned to achieve parity in numbers of protected class members. These narrative reports do not duplicate the types of information found in the division's quarterly workforce diversity reports or in the APPS database from which those reports are prepared.
