Summary
The Legislative Women's Caucus was formed to serve as an advocate for programs and services that benefit women; to insure their full participation in government and politics; and to provide a network of support for women serving in the New York State Legislature. The Oral History Project documents through oral history interviews, the careers of women who have served in the legislature since 1960. This series consists of audio cassettes and typed transcriptions of interviews with women legislators.
