Summary
The State Board of Elections receives, reviews, and audits campaign finance statements and makes them available to the public as part of its responsibility to administer the election process and enforce the Election Law. Candidates for all statewide offices and their committees are required to file financial statements, and the Board may assess and collect fines for violation of filing provisions. The series contains campaign finance records filed by candidates for statewide elective office and the organizations supporting them.
