- This series contains records of two grades of licenses: "licensed pharmacist," authorized to prepare and dispense drugs and poisons anywhere in the state; and "licensed druggist," authorized to prepare and dispense drugs and poisons only in communities of 500 or fewer inhabitants. This series consists of pharmacist and druggist licenses issued by the State Board of Pharmacy, including duplicate licenses issued for those lost or destroyed. Each license provides licensee name and address; branch granting license; date of examination or exchange; and license number.
