- This series consists of photographic images of the Flushing Remonstrance taken before and after the New York State Capitol fire of 1911. Material includes 3 glass negatives of the Flushing Remonstrance taken before the fire; prints made from those negatives; and photographic prints of the Remonstrance, after it was repaired following the fire, but prior to its display in the New York State Freedom Train Exhibits (1950).

- This series consists of abstracts of colonial commissions, licenses, pardons, reprieves, and other documents compiled by Edmund B. O'Callaghan in the mid-1800s from the Secretary of State's books of commissions that were subsequently destroyed in the capitol fire of 1911. Volume also contains abstracts of commissions and other documents dated 1789. A name index is included at the end of the volume.
