Summary
This document is an original typed resolution issued by both houses of the New York State Legislature upon the return of the 332nd Infantry Regiment (part of the 83rd Division) of the American Expeditionary Force from the Italian front in World War I. The resolution was issued to recognize the "conspicuous services and devotion to duty" for which the 332nd Regiment was decorated by the Italian government upon its return to New York in 1919.

This series consists of "An act to revise the charter of the city of Buffalo," S. 191/A. 498, 1890, and Governor David B. Hill's veto memorandum of this bill. The bill (224 pp.) would have provided a system of municipal checks and balances by the creation of aldermen-at large and city councilmen. It would also have created a Department of Public Works in Buffalo, headed by the city Engineer and the Street Commissioner.

This series consists of transcripts of a hearing conducted by the Joint Legislative Committee on Professional Boxing on February 4-5, 1963. The committee had proposed a bill that would, in effect, have outlawed professional boxing in New York State. The stated intent of the hearings was to help the committee decide whether or not the bill or a more refined bill would be submitted to the Legislature or whether the abolition of boxing would be recommended.

For each school in town the report includes the name of the schoolmaster; number of children taught; and the number of days of instruction provided.
