This series consists primarily of illustrations used in various New York State Museum publications on geological and paleontological subjects. Items include plates from State Museum Memoir 14 "Eurypterida," photographs of the reconstruction of the Cohoes Mastodon, cross sections of geological data from Museum "Guide Book No. 1," wash drawings of the "Orthothecid Cephalopod" and other illustrations. Other items include a tribute to Professor James Hall on his 86th birthday, and a geologic map of New York.
