- This series consists of photographs depicting the excavation and beginning construction of the present State Capitol in Albany, New York. Many of the images in accretion B0701-03 are duplicates of photographs contained in B0701-85, but some later photographs show partially completed first and second floor levels of the Capitol. The series also contains images taken by photographer Thomas Fuller and a landscape plan by Frederick Law Olmsted of the East Park (1898).

- This series consists of certificates of termination of temporary easements filed with the Division of the Land Office in the Department of State. Many of the temporary easements documented in the series had been acquired by the Department of Public Works to facilitate the construction of portions of the New York State Thruway, state highways routes, and other arterial highways. Others had been obtained to complete highway-railroad grade crossing elimination and flood protection projects.

- This series consists of a bound volume of photographs depicting progress of construction of the New State Capitol from 1869 through 1877. The photographs were produced for Thomas Fuller, the original architect of the New State Capitol, by photographer Eugene M. Haines and published in a limited edition.
