- This series contains a record of the progress of selected bills introduced in the Assembly during legislative session. The booklets track bills from introduction to final disposition. Information recorded includes a brief description of the bill, name of Assembly member who introduced it, introductory number, second reading, third reading, when it was passed in the Assembly, Senate readings, when it was passed in the Senate, and whether the bill was recalled or vetoed by the governor.

Scope and Content Note
This series contains a record of the introduction and subsequent progress of selected bills introduced in the Assembly during legislative sessions from introduction to when it was delivered to the Governor and its final disposition. The booklets may contain the following information: a brief description of the bill, copies of the bill, name of Assembly member who introduced it, introductory number, second reading, third reading, when it was passed in the Assembly, Senate readings, when it was passed in the Senate, and whether the bill was recalled or vetoed by the governor.
Approximately one-third of the selected booklets contain proposed legislation in relation to labor laws and amendments to the New York State Constitution.
