This series consists of verbatim transcripts of hearings the Grievance Appeals Board was required to hold for all appeals.
Each transcript is identified as to hearing place, date, and attendees (Board members, appellants and representatives, and agency representatives). The transcript contains the appellant's or his representative's presentation of the grievance, the agency representative's response, questions from Board members, and responses to these questions. A transcript contains detailed information on grievances from both the appellant's and agency's point of view. It does not include information on the results of appeals.
