Administrative History
Although the Governor's Office of Employee Relations (GOER) is not directly involved in disciplinary appeals for bargaining units represented by unions other than CSEA, GOER does receive copies of all decisions in those appeals, all of which are arbitrated by the American Arbitration Association.
