- This series consists of maps compiled by the Office of the Secretary of State in its capacity as the general recording office for the government of New York State. The maps depict boundaries between New York and other states such as New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Also included is a plan and profile relating to the Spuyten Duyvil Parkway which lays out the streets, avenues, roads, parkways, public parks, squares and places in the twelfth, twenty-third and twenty-fourth wards of the City of New York".

Summary
- This series consists of two large maps depicting the buildings and grounds of the Craig Colony for Epileptics as it appeared in 1895. The larger of the two maps depicts the entire 1500 acre farm including clearings, woods, creeks, town lines, railroads, and existing Shaker buildings. The smaller map shows a 587 acre section of the property including existing Shaker buildings.

Summary
- This series consists of mylar masters and paper prints of 1: 9600-scale urban area planimetric maps. The 36" x 48" maps provide large-scale coverage (one inch represents 800 feet) of the larger urban areas of the state, with the exception of New York City. Map features include: roads, route identification, railroads, airfields, civil boundaries, community names, water features, and the State Plane Coordinate and New York Transverse Mercator grid systems.
