This series consists mostly of memoranda between the Superintendent and the Chief of the Discipline Department relating to reporting and punishment for misconduct procedures; requests for supplies and repairs; monthly lists of employees and employee misconduct; books sent to various departments; solitary confinement notices; religion of cadets; cadets transferred; and statistical reports on the number of inmates in each division, number of reports of misconduct, number of paroles, number of escapes, and related matters. Records are restricted.

This series consists of two questionnaires filled out by each inmate. In one questionnaire, the superintendent requests inmates to discuss what they like about the institution; in the other, what they do not like. Both questionnaires provide inmate's name, division, grade, and shop. Opinions are given on institution shops; schools; military, yards; sleeping halls; dining rooms and food; bath room; guard house; and chapel service. Records are restricted.
