This series contains the audiovisual records of the program areas of wildlife management and pathology. Records consists of a variety of formats including audio cassettes, VHS and U-matic videotapes, 16 mm film, and 8 mm videocassettes. Topics include animal reintroductions and sittings; diseases in animals including rabies and the West Nile Virus; environmental conditions in dumps and landfills; and footage of a variety of animals including bats, deer, bears, moose, and wood rats.

This series consists of published Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) guides pertaining to the regulation of small and big game hunting; fishing; and trapping. Also included is a small collection of fiscal report pamphlets from the Conservation Fund Advisory Council and its successor, the Conservation Fund Advisory Board, as well as two copies of "A History of Small Game Season in New York State" from 1963 and 1970.
