The series consists of notebooks and logs of telephone messages taken by agency support staff and forwarded to Attorney Generals Robert Abrams (1979-1993) and Eliot Spitzer (1999-2006) for response. Records include telegrams, typescripts of telegram texts with annotations, and copies of telephone bills and standard telephone vouchers. Some records may be restricted.
