This series consists of Department of Economic Development records on the development of the Action Plan for New York Business Recovery and Economic Revitalization following the 2001 World Trade Center attack. Records include a copy of the draft plan (December 26, 2001); a database contained on floppy disk summarizing approximately 400 comments received; a hardcopy of the final plan (January 30, 2002), as submitted by the Empire State Development Corporation (ESDC) to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and a 14-page summary of public comments on January 14, 2002, which was used by ESDC to help complete the final action plan.
