The labor certificates include name and address of registrant; farm worked; number of migrants needed; migrant's home state; employment dates; name and address of camp where housed; list of crops and type of work; wages paid by type of crop; charges to migrants including for meals, room, electricity, and transportation to New York State; and if migrants were covered by workmen's compensation or farmer's liability insurance.
