This series consists of statistical reports for farm and/or garden products raised at the Thomas Indian School. The school furnished the children with care, moral training, education and "instruction in husbandry." Separate monthly reports for each product gave a daily account of quantity produced and its disposition. Reports also indicate the market value of produce. Examples of products include: milk, chicken,; pork, eggs, tomatoes, onions, apples, grapes, oats, and corn silage.
