Each register provides admission number, name, admission and discharge dates, county, reimbursing or indigent, sex, age, occupation, age at onset, marital status, nativity of patient and parents, heredity, number in patient's fraternity, birth order, prenatal influences, probable cause, character and frequency of attack, seizures when awake or asleep, nature of aura, mental state, physical examination, paralysis, and results.

- Craig Colony for Epileptics was established in 1894 to offer residential, educational, occupational, and medical facilities for epileptics. It remained an institution for epileptics until 1967. The memoranda in this series cover a variety of topics related to administrative duties and oversight. Subjects include personnel and patient issues, escapes, food, facilities, housing, equipment, recreation, treatment policies and procedures, and patient care. General announcements and bulletins are included, as well as memoranda addressed to specific staff members or groups.
