- The Bureau of Stationary Sources (formerly Bureau of Application Review and Permitting), a sub-division of the Division of Air Resources, coordinates all air permitting activities within the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). The records document the implementation of an ambient air monitoring program, including meteorological monitoring. Documents detail the results of sampling and analyses conducted under the Ambient Air Monitoring Network Plan (Work Plan) approved by DEC in 1992. Included are reports, description of the model, and analytical and laboratory data packages.
