- The series consists of maps, assessments, and certifications prepared for draining swampland near the village of Liverpool. Land Office commissioners were responsible for appraising marsh lots leased to the salt manufacturers in the town of Salina. Appraisals include probable expenses and benefits of draining the lands. Tract map shows farm, pasture, and marsh lot boundaries, and route of road and drain line. Newspaper clipping has notice of assessment and comptrollers statement provides information on sale of lots in the swamp.

Records include engineer's diaries for contract work on sewers, fire and waterlines; roads and walks; retaining walls, sidewalks and gradings; and on a water supply dam. - This series is comprised of oversized, folded tabulations on columnar paper showing numbers of votes for candidates for various local and statewide offices and for electors for president and vice-president of the United States in the general election of November 8, 1904. They were submitted by county boards of canvassers to provide the governor with detailed information on election results. Only Allegany, Kings, Onondaga, Richmond, Suffolk, and Washington counties are represented in this series.
