The reports usually include date of report, name of patient, patient number, date of admission ward, mental diagnosis, age, date and time of incident. Accident reports also include patient's general mental and physical condition, nature and cause of accident, physician's findings, treatment, witnesses, and persons notified. The escape reports include manner of escape and law enforcement agencies notified. Records are restricted.

Most of the invitations are for events scheduled for 1933, 1934, and 1935; a very few invitations are for events scheduled for December 1932, before Lehman was actually inaugurated as governor.
