This series documents the effectiveness of decontamination cleanup efforts related to the complex and extensive accidental PCB contamination of the Binghamton State Office Building, which occurred as the result of an intense fire on February 5, 1981. Records chiefly consist of technical information and scientific analysis information, press releases, and correspondence documenting the cleanup, decontamination, and reoccupancy of the building.

Summary
This series consists of site plans of a proposed power station at Cayuga. Records include plans, maps, and overlays. Site plans include locations; elevations; cross sections; railroad access; coal car storage areas; transmission line arrangements; and existing and supplemental structures. Maps and plot plans show bedrock and surface geology; seismic survey lines; soil content; existing site contours and vegetation; proposed facilities and alternate site locations; and construction facilities. Also included is an aerial photograph of the Cayuga site.
