- This series consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence, memorandums, blueprints, plans, tracings, drawings, bridge measurements, computations, inspection notes, and cost estimates relating to the construction of highway bridges throughout New York State. Most documents date between 1921 and 1923. About a third of the correspondence discusses routine administrative matters. The remaining files deal with technical aspects of bridge construction and contain information on bridge designs and specifications.

"Personal Inquiry" forms record data for each child placed outside an institution: name; sex; age; if native or foreign born; if orphan; physical health, occupation, and status in current living situation.
