- This series records the names, addresses (usually city and state), and residence in New Orleans of individuals who visited the New York Building at the World's Industrial and Cotton Centennial Exposition held in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1884-1885. The register is dated from January 9, 1885 through June 4, 1885. The volume also contains one photograph labeled as "New York Press Correspondents, 1885." A marker indicates the page on which Susan B. Anthony registered.

- This series contains files kept by the secretary relate to the Planning Committee for the Shrine for the Emancipation Proclamation activities. The series provides information on the work of the committee, design of the proposed shrine, and other displays of the Preliminary Emancipation Proclamation during the centennial of the Civil War. The shrine was designed for the Education Building in Albany, but was never built.

- This document is an original typed resolution issued by both houses of the New York State Legislature upon the return of the 332nd Infantry Regiment (part of the 83rd Division) of the American Expeditionary Force from the Italian front in World War I. The resolution was issued to recognize the "conspicuous services and devotion to duty" for which the 332nd Regiment was decorated by the Italian government upon its return to New York in 1919.
