The series consists of CSEA disciplinary case files from the Governor's Office of Employee Relations Administration Unit. Records include notices of disciplinary action by state agencies, appeal forms, hearing schedules, hearing transcripts and/or exhibits, correspondence, hearing decisions, affidavits, progress reports, briefing materials, grievance forms, Notices of Discipline, arbitrator resumes and schedules, certified mail receipts, and settlement and/or award statements.
