Documents include warrant of commitment; defendant's statement of examination; record of conviction and sentence; official record and report book; inmate identification photographs; authorization to "receive, open, read, deliver, destroy, retain, or return" letters received by the inmate; correspondence and newspaper clippings related to custody battle for her infant; and a discharge certificate.
