Craig Colony for Epileptics was established in 1894 to offer residential, educational, occupational, and medical facilities for epileptics. It remained an institution for epileptics until 1967. Although the format and content of these meeting minutes changes over time, typical content includes lists of employees appointed, promoted, resigned, and dismissed; lists of patients admitted and discharged; patient census statistics; resolutions; transcripts of correspondence; and statistical and narrative reports on accidents, escapes, and other matters of special note.
