Records include a copy of the draft plan (December 26, 2001); a database contained on floppy disk summarizing approximately 400 comments received; a hardcopy of the final plan (January 30, 2002), as submitted by the Empire State Development Corporation (ESDC) to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and a 14-page summary of public comments on January 14, 2002, which was used by ESDC to help complete the final action plan.
